Club Bylaws

We are not a gang!!! Therefore we so not instigate problems with law enforcement, other groups or organizations. Members, affiliates and any others with the club must be able to handle certain attitudes that may be tossed out at runs, shows or any other functions due to intoxication or any other excuses.

Members/Affiliates

All members must be dedicated to furthering the image of the club. All members and affiliates must abide by the laws and vehicle requirements. Membership is not a given right. If there is a problem that gets out of hand, internal fighting or always being late or not showing up to meetings you can and will be dropped from the club. Unity/Family is the key to our clubs success and it will remain that way. If there is a conflict lets work it out as a family.

New Members

All new members must go through 3 steps in order to be considered for membership or affiliation. New members/affiliates will be voted in by a majority vote. Please see the New membership/affiliation guidelines where all stages of membership are explained in full detail.

Meetings

All meeting are held every other Thursday. Meetings are mandatory by every member. Notice of not being able to attend meetings needs to be verbally given to club staff before the start of the meeting. You should receive a monthly calendar with all scheduled meetings and events. You will also receive a phone call one to two days before the meeting as a reminder.

Dues

There is a specific dollar amount that is due my all members and affiliates each month. Dollar amounts vary depending on events that are coming up. Normal dues range from $5.00-$10.00 per month. Dues are to be paid to the club treasurer. They are placed in a club bank account and used towards club purchases. Purchases are not to be made until all members are all current and up to date on their dues (so, if you are behind on paying the whole club will then suffer). All purchases are voted on and agreed upon by all members and affiliates at meetings (you must be present at the meeting for your vote to count). Dues are payable in advance.

Vehicle Specs.

All vehicles must fit the Elegance image. If there is a strong objection to the vehicle by a majority of the members/affiliates, then the vehicle will not be let in the club. The club must review all vehicles before a window is issued. Clean paint and wheels are a must. Wheels must be 16" or larger (exceptions may be considered).

Shows

We would like all members to enter their vehicle in as many shows as possible. We would also like all vehicles to caravan together, not only does this look bitchen’ but it is also for safety reasons should anyone run into car trouble.

Club Functions

We ask that all members, affiliates and interested members attend as many club functions as possible. Our club is based on friendship and family and we spend a lot of time together. Club functions include; shows, runs, parties’ etc.

Windows

Windows are only to be given to "members". "Members" are only those who meet the vehicle specs and have been voted into the club as a member by majority vote. You are not a "member" until you have your window. You must have approval from the club before you can get your window. Windows are to preferable being only one size; there are two different choices of window types, air brushed or vinyl. The costs of windows start at $45.00 and go up from there. Please see Jerry Kransler (member) or someone from council for more information.

Should the bylaws not be met, consequences will be taken upon the whole club as a family. This club is based on friendship it is not for everyone only the chosen few. The reason for this is to be tight and sound as a unit. We are all here to have fun and at the same time roll in style. If you have any concerns, ideas, changes, etc. with the club, please let us know. There is always room for improvement. This is what it is all about.
